On February 18, 2026, from approximately 10:20 AM EST to 10:43 PM EST, reporting metrics for NeuroID’s internal system were lost and it appeared that traffic was being lost. The team identified data was still flowing normally through the pipeline and the issue was a metric reporting issue only.

During this incident:

Event collection for v3 and v5 events was not impacted
V3 Analytics APIs (api.neuro-id.com/v2/ & api.neuro-id.com/v3/) were not impacted
Portal Dashboards and Crowd Alert Notifications were not impacted

Resolved

This incident was contained to our monitoring systems and no customer impact was observed. There was no increase in 404s and all data was collected properly

We are currently investigating a degraded collection performance issue. Sessions impacted by degraded collection may result in a 404 at the API.
