From approximately 3:20PM EST until just after 5:00 PM EST, availabilty of the NeuroID javascript was impacted by an AWS CloudFront incident. Some clients may have been unable to download from scripts.neuro-id.com and subsequently would not have sent event data to NeuroID. This would result in 404 responses when query Analytics API for these clients.
