On July 6th, 2026, NeuroID experienced an issue where device and network signals were not populated for some transactions. The issue began at approximately 18:30 UTC and was resolved at approximately 00:30 UTC on July 7th, 2026. During this period, affected sessions may not have received device and network signal values as expected.
The issue was related to degraded performance from an upstream service provider that supports this functionality. Once the upstream service recovered, NeuroID confirmed that device and network signal processing returned to expected behavior.
